新风胶囊对类风湿关节炎患者的疗效及肺功能、生活质量的影响

目的:观察新风胶囊对类风湿关节炎(Rheumatoid arthritis,RA)患者的疗效及肺功能、生活质量的影响。方法:检测40例类风湿关节炎患者肺功能,采用生活质量量表对两组患者治疗前后生活质量进行比较。并将40例RA患者按随机数字表法分为新风胶囊治疗组(20例)和正清风痛宁对照组(20例),观察两组的疗效及治疗前后肺功能、生活质量、临床症状体征、实验室指标的改善情况。结果:两组总有效率相比无显著性差异,但治疗组显效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组IC、MVV、FEF25、FEF50、PEF均明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),对照组MVV、FVC明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。其中,MVV治疗组较对照组改善程度更明显,治疗后FEF25、FEF50、FEF75、PEF的均值治疗组均显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。治疗后两组生理功能积分、心理功能积分、健康自我认识能力积分均明显降低(P<0.01),治疗组社会功能积分明显降低(P<0.01),而对照组较治疗前无显著性差异(P>0.05);其中生理功能积分、社会功能积分、生活质量总积分等指标,治疗组较对照组改善程度更明显(P<0.01)。结论:中药新风胶囊通过抗炎消肿止痛,调节免疫,能全面改善RA患者关节局部症状,降低炎症活动性指标,并改善RA患者肺功能及生活质量,其综合作用优于正清风痛宁缓释片。

Effects of Xinfeng capsule and it's influence on pulmonary function and life quality of patients with rheumatoid arthritis

Objective: To observe effects of Xinfeng capsule and it's influence on pulmonary function and quality life of patients with RA.Methods: To determine pulmonary function and accumulate points of life quality by life quality questionnaire in 40 patients with rheumatoid arthritis.40 cases of RA were divided into two groups according to random number table.The treatment group(n=20) was treated with Xinfeng capsule and the control group(n=20) was treated with Zhengqing Fengtongning tablet.Effects,pulmonary function,life quality,clinical symptom and index of experiment were observed.Results:There were no significant differences between two groups in total effective power,but the excellent ratio of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.After treatment,IC,MVV,FEF25,FEF50,PEF of treatment group were increased significantly(P<0.05 or P<0.01) and MVV,FVC of control group were increased significantly(P<0.05 or P<0.01).And the treatment groups were improved more remarkably on MVV than that of the control groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01). And the level of FEF25,FEF50,FEF75,PEF of treatment group were higher than control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).After treatment,the integrals of physiological function,psychology function and self-assessment of health were obviously lower(P<0.01),the integral of social function of the treatment group is much lower(P<0.01),while the control groups have no significant differences(P>0.05).The improvement of integrals of physiological function,social function and life quality of the treatment group is more obviously(P<0.01).Conclusion: Xinfeng capsule can improve joint symptoms entirely and decrease inflammation activity index through resisting inflammation,eliminatinging swelling,relieving pain and regulating immune.It can also improve pulmonary function.In the meantime,it can improve the general life quality in patients with rheumatoid arthritis and its general effect is better than Zhengqing Fengtongning tablet.
