摘    要:目的 探讨正确评价临床住院科室风险等级的方法。方法 运用Ridit法和RSR法相结合评价临床住院科室风险等级。结果 风险系数(Ki)=各科室平均Ridit值+各科危重病人占用床日比值,并结合RSR法,将K值分为4档,即将临床科室风险分为4个等级:一级是风险低,二级是风险一般,三级是风险较高,四级是风险高。结论 风险系数K值比较客观,也反映了临床住院科室所承担的风险,并可用于绩效评价和效益工资分配中,使综合评价和内部分配充分体现临床科室所承担的临床风险。

Abstract:Objective To inquire into the way that accurately assessed the risk grade of clinical department.Methods Ridit method in association with RSR method was employed to appraise the risk grade of clinical department.Results Risk coefficient(Ki) was the sum of average Ridit value and occupyied-bed rate for critical patient.On the basis of RSR method Ki value was divided into four grades: the first is low risk;the second is general risk;the third is high risk;the fourth is higher risk.Conclusion Risk coefficient Ki value objectively reflected the risk born by clinical department.The Ki value could be used the evaluation of work efficiency and the distribution of beneficial wage.The synthetic assessment and interior distribution were expressed by the Ki value.
