兔面肌痉挛面神经核内胆碱乙酰转移酶变化

摘    要:
目的 研究面神经核胆碱乙酰转移酶在面肌痉挛后的变化,用免疫组织化学方法,观察成年兔面肌痉挛模型面神经核胆碱乙酰转移酶阳性神经元免疫反应强度的变化,为临床治疗面肌痉挛提供理论支持.方法 将16只普通级成年兔分为对照组与实验组,分别对实验组成年兔右侧颞外面神经主干施以人为压迫,通过电生理测定建立面肌痉挛模型,于损伤后6周取材,经过显微结构观测及相应的组织学量化分析等方法,比较实验组与对照组间的差异.结果 实验组受损侧面神经核胆碱乙酰转移酶阳性神经元的免疫反应强度与对照组之间的差别无统计学意义(P〉0.05).结论 模型组痉挛侧面神经核神经元与乙酰胆碱相关的功能基本恢复,面肌痉挛模型的面神经核团兴奋性可能变化不大,面神经运动核自身改变导致面肌痉挛持续的可能性不大.

Abstract:
Objective To research the variation of choline acetytransferase in the facial nucleus, we observed the change of immunoreactivity in choline acetytransferase(CHAT) neurons of the facial nucleus in hemifacial spasm(HFS) rab- bits. Then,we can provide the curing hemifacial spasm with the theory we establish to search for best approach for it. Methods 16 healthy rabbits were randomly divided into 2 groups:the HFS group and the control group. We gave additional pressure to the facial nerve stem outside temporal bone of the rabbits in HFS group and establish the animal model of HFS by explore of clectrophysiological examination. After 6 weeks, we took the tissue and examed it with microscopic analysis,immu- nohistochemistry quantitative analysis. Then compared the difference between the HFS group and the control group. Results The difference of immunoreactive intensity between the HFS group and the control group is not statistical significant. Conclusion The function with acetycholine of neurons in facial nucleus of the HFS group is basic recovery. The variation of the excitability in facial nucleus of HFS group is inconspicuous. Then, it is unlikely that the sustainability of HFS is caused by facial motor nucleus.
