《医学免疫学》教学中研究生综合素质的培养

目的在《医学免疫学》教学中培养研究生的综合素质，为国家培养医学院校的高层次人才。方法教学中从医学免疫学发展史、创新思维、实践能力、从事社会工作特别是团结防作能力和良好的精神、道德和心理品质等五方面培养研究生的综合素质。结果研究生的综合素质得到较大提高。结论对研究生进行综合素质的培养，为培养跨世纪的高层次医学人才奠定基础。

Cultivating the overall quality education of postgraduate in the teaching of medical immunology

Objective To cultivate the overall quality education of postgraduate in the teaching of medical immunology and foster high level talent of medical college for our country. Methods Educating the overall quality of postgraduate generally in the teaching from five aspects, the quality was about the phylogeny of medical immunology, innovation thought, prac- tice capability, engage society employment , especially solidarity collaboration and favorable inspirit, morality and mentality character, et al. Results The overall quality of postgraduate generally was obviously improved. Conclusion Educating the overall quality of postgraduate generally could establish foundation for bringing up the high level physic talent of bestraddle century.
