健康教育对糖尿病患者服药依从性的影响

目的 探讨健康教育对糖尿病患者的服药依从性的影响.方法 选择2005年8月～2009年12月符合WHO诊断标准的糖尿病患者200例.采用健康教育干预、跟踪问卷调查沟通联系的方法,进行回顾分析.结果 实验组（86.8%）与对照组（31.7%）的比较发现,患者对糖尿病的认识差异明显（P〈0.01）,说明经过健康教育的糖尿病患者能保持积极的态度,患者由被动治疗转变为主动合作参与配合,自动进食低脂低盐低糖和高纤维饮食.结论 通过健康教育提高了糖尿病患者的服药依从性,使患者处于接受治疗的最佳状态,改善了患者的疾病控制情况,提高了患者的生活质量.

Influence of the health education on the compliance of taking medicine of the diabetic patients

Objective To study influence of the health education on the compliance of taking medicine of the diabet- ic patients. Methods＇ 200 cases meet WHO DM diagnostic criteria from August 2005 to December 2009 were assigned to re- ceive health education intervention, communication and contact tracking survey methods were analyzed. Results The experi- mental group （86. 8% ） and control group （31.7%） of the comparison showed that understanding of differences in DM pa- tients was significantly （P 〈0.01 ）. Health education in patients with DM can keep a positive attitude and treatment of pa- tients into a passive with active cooperation and participation. Automatic eating low - fat low salt low sugar and high - fiber diet. Conclusion Health education can improve the medication compliance of patients with diabetes, and can improve quality of life of patients.
