经下盏路径微创经皮肾镜取石术治疗肾下盏结石

目的 评价经下盏路径微创经皮肾镜取石术（MPCNL）治疗肾下盏结石的临床疗效.方法 回顾性分析2006年7月～2010年9月收治的肾下盏结石31例,结石长径0.8～2.4 cm（平均1.58 cm）,均采用经下盏路径微创经皮肾镜取石术治疗.结果 除一例肾积脓予下盏造瘘后行二期取石外,余30例均一期手术获得成功,手术时间30～60 min.术后复查平片,25例结石无残留,6例残留结石（长径均小于4 mm）,3月后复查平片均无结石残留,无严重并发症出现.结论 经肾下盏路径微创经皮肾镜取石术治疗肾下盏结石安全有效.

Study of minimally channel percutaneous nephrolithotomy （ lower calyx access） for lower calyceal calculi

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of minimally channel pcreutaneous nephrolithotomy （MPC- NL） （lower calyx access） for lower ealyeeal calculi. Methods 31 cases of lower ealyeeal calculi underwent MPCNL（ lower calyx access）. The size of stones ranged from 8 to 24mm, mean 15.8ram. We made a retrospective analysis. Results One case received nephrostomy in stage I and nephrolithotomy in stage Ⅱ because of pyonephrosis. The other 30 patients received MPCNL（ lower calyx access）. The operative time varied from 30rain to 60min. The post - operation KUB suggested 25 patients were stone - free, and 6 patients had residual stone （ less than 4ram）. The KUB 3 months after operation suggested all patients were stone - free. No severe complication occurred. Conclusion Minimally channel percutaneous nephrolithotomy （lower calyx access） for lower calyceal calculi is effective and safe.
