探讨严重创伤失血性休克急救护理的有效方法

目的 :探讨严重创伤失血性休克急救、护理的有效方法 ,以提高治愈率 ,降低伤残及死亡率。方法 :回顾性总结我院自 1995年 1月至 2 0 0 2年 1月收治的 32例严重创伤失血性休克的急救、护理经验。结果 :32例患者均康复出院 ,临床治愈率 10 0 %。随访 1个月～ 3a2 9例 ,2 2例恢复正常生活及工作 ,2例生活能够自理 ,5例生活需要别人照顾。结论 :积极抗休克 ,止痛 ,加强呼吸道管理 ,合理的快速补液 ,配合医生探明损伤程度正确选用适当术式 ,严密观察病情变化 ,加强围手术期监护、复苏与术后并发症的预防及处理 ,正确的体位干预 ,积极有效的健康宣教 ,对提高抢救成功率具有极其重要的意义

Study on Effective Rescue and Nursing Method of Severe Traumatic Hemorrhagic Shock

Objective To raise the cure rate and reduce the mortality and disablement rate by investigating the effective rescue and nursing method of severe traumatic hemorrhagic shock.Methods We reviewed and summarized our rescue and nursing experience in 32 severe traumatic hemorrhagic shock cases from January 1995 to January 2002.Results The 32 patients were satisfactorily cured and discharged,the clinical cure rate being 100 %. 29 of them were followed up for 1-36months,among whom 22 returned to normal life and work, 2 could take care of themselves and 5 needed others'care.Conclusion Vigorous relief of shock and pains,airway nursing,reasonable speed of fluid replacement,assist in diagnosis and choose of operations, perioperative observation and emergency measures,prevention and cure of complications,correct posture instructions,and effective health education are significant factors in successful rescue.
