穴位注射加灸对癌痛患者外周血中IL2/IL2R表达的影响

目的:探讨穴位注射吗啡加艾灸对癌痛患者淋巴细胞免疫功能的调节机制.方法:将44例癌痛患者随机分成观察组(23例)和常规组(21例),分别进行穴位注射吗啡加艾灸和常规的吗啡注射,治疗20天后,采用ELISA法检测外周血中白细胞介素2(IL-2)的含量,采用逆转录多聚酶链式反应(RT-PCR)测定外周血单核细胞白细胞介素2受体(IL-2R)的mRNA表达.结果:观察组癌痛患者血清中IL-2的含量升高,与常规组比较,差异有显著性意义(P＜0.05);但与健康对照组比较,差异仍有非常显著性意义(P＜0.01).观察组癌痛患者IL-2R的mRNA阳性表达率为65.22%,与常规组(23.81%)相比,差异有非常显著性意义(P＜0.01).结论:针灸治疗通过促进IL-2的分泌和IL-2R的mRNA表达,对癌痛患者淋巴细胞免疫功能低下有改善作用,从而达到直接和间接治疗癌痛的目的.

Effects of Acupoint-injection plus moxibustion on IL-2/IL-2R expression in peripheral blood in the patient with carcinous pain

Objective To probe into the regulative mechanism of acupoint injection of morphine plus moxibustion on immune functions of lymphocytes in the patient with carcinous pain. Methods Forty four cases of carcinous pain were randomly divided into an acupuncture moxibustion treatment group ( n =23) and a routine treatment group ( n =21). They were treated respectively by acupoint injection of morphine plus moxibustion and routine injection of morphine for 20 days. Interleukin 2 (IL 2) content in peripheral blood was determined by ELISA and the mRNA expression of interleukin 2 receptor (IL 2R) by reverse transcripase polymerase chain reaction (RT PCR). Results Serum IL 2 content increased in the acupuncture moxibustion treatment group as compared with the routine treatment group ( P <0 05) and the healthy group ( P <0 01); the mRNA positive expression rate was 65 22% in the acupuncture moxibustion treatment group and 23 81% in the routine treatment group, with a significant difference between the two groups ( P <0 01). Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment can directly or indirectly cure carcinous pain through promoting IL 2 secretion and mRNA expression of IL 2R, improving the lower immune functions of lymphocytes in the patient with carcinous pain.
