鼻骨骨折的X线片与CT扫描价值分析

目的：比较CR侧位片与螺旋CT扫描对鼻骨骨折的诊断价值。方法：回顾性分析150例鼻骨骨折患者CT与CR鼻骨侧位片的诊断率。其中44例曾先后进行CR侧位片及薄层CT检查。结果：83例CR鼻骨侧位片诊断鼻骨骨折47例（56.6%）;117例CT检查显示：鼻骨骨折103例（92.7%）。其中44例曾先后进行CR侧位片及薄层CT检查：CT诊断鼻骨骨折38例（86.3%）,CR侧位片诊断鼻骨骨折16例（36.3%）。且CT可明确骨折的类型、范围和程度,为临床诊断和治疗提供更可靠依据。结论：薄层CT扫描对鼻骨骨折的诊断有较高的临床应用价值。可作为鼻骨骨折常规和首选检查方法。

The Value of X-ray film VS CT Scan for Diagnosis of Nasal Bone Fracture

Objective： To compare the capability of lateral film of CR VS CT scan for diagnosing the nasal fractures. Methods.. The diagnostic rate of CT scan and lateral film of CR for nasal fractures was retrospectively analyzed in 150 patients with nasal fracture. Results： Among 83 patients with nasal fractures, lateral films of CR nasal bones showed nasal fractures in 47（56.6% ） cases. Among 117 patients with nasal fractures, CT scan showed nasal fractures in 103（92.7% ） cases . While CT could definite the type, range and degree of nasal bone fracture and provide reliable foundations for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Conclusion： CT scan has a high practical value in the diagnosis of nasal bone fracture which can be used as routine and the best device in the diagnosis of nasal bone fracture.
