| 摘 要： | 目的:观察指尖放血与电针结合治疗中风后手指功能障碍的疗效。方法:将96例中风患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各48例,对照组单用普通针刺治疗,治疗组应用指尖放血与电针相结合治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为83.3%,对照组为62.5%,两组差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:指尖放血配合电针治疗中风后手指功能障碍具有较好疗效,值得临床推广。
