腹腔镜疝修补术与疝环填充式无张力疝修补术的对比研究

目的分析腹腔镜疝修补术和疝环填充式无张力疝修补术的临床治疗效果。方法选取我院2009年3月至2010年12月之间收录治疗的58例腹股沟疝患者随机分为两组,其中A组29例患者主要采取腹腔镜疝修补术进行治疗,B组29例患者主要采取疝环填充式无张力疝修补术进行治疗。结果 B组患者的手术平均时间明显低于A组时间(P<0.05),A组患者住院时间明显低于B组住院时间,差异具有显著性(P<0.05),A组患者的术后疼痛时间也明显低于B组情况,二者比较具有差异性(P<0.05)。结论两种手术都具有创伤小和复发率小的优点,其中疝环填充式无张力疝修补术的手术时间一般较短,操作简单,适合初次出现疝修补的患者。而腹腔镜疝修补术一般治疗时间短,疼痛时间低等,比较适合复发疝和双侧疝以及老年疝的患者。二者各有自己的优缺点,在治疗时需要根据患者的综合情况进行考虑选择。

Comparative Study of Laparoscopic Hernia Repair and Plug-mesh Tension-free Hernia Repair

Objective To discuss the effect of laparoscopic hernia repair and plug-mesh tension-free hernia repair.Methods Choosed 58 patients to divide into A and B groups from Mar.2009 to Dec.2010.A group were treated with laparoscopic hernia repair with 29 cases,and B group were treated with plugmesh tension-free hernia repair with 29 cases.Results The operation time and in-hospital time in B group was less than A group（P 0.05）.Conclusion All these two surgery methods have small wound and low relapse rate,and plug-mesh tension-free hernia repair surgery time is short and easy operation and less pain to suitable to relapse hernia and dorsal recumbency.We should choose suitable operation way according to patients＇ comprehensive situation.
