摘    要:
目的 了解体表心电图的P波最大时限(P_(max))及P波离散度(P_(disp))对阵发性心房颤动(PAF)的预测价值。 方法 测量了32例PAF病人的体表心电图的P_(max)及P_(disp),并与30例无PAF者进行了比较。结果P_(max)和P_(disp)在PAF病人中明显延长,P_(max)>110ms和P_(disp)≥40ms可区分开PAF病人和对照组,其敏感度均为97%,特异性分别为76%和73%。结论 体表心电图的P_(max)及P_(disp)是一种预测PAF简便实用的方法。

Abstract:
Objective To determin the predictive values of P wave maximum duration and P wave dispersion in electrocar-dopgraphy( ECG) for paroxysmal atrial fibrillation ( PAF). Methods The maximum P wave duration and P wave dispersion ( Pdisp) were measured in 32 patients with indiopathic PAF and 30 normal control subjects by using 12 - lead surface electrocardiogram. Results P max and Pdisp were found to be significantly higher in patients with idiopathic PAF than in the control subjects. A Pmax value of 110 milliseconds and a Pdisp value of 40 milliseconds could distinguish the patients from the control subjects, with a sensitivity of 97% and a specificity of 76% and 73% respectively. Conclusions Pmax and Pdisp would be considered as simple electrocardiographic markers that could be used for the prediction ,of indiopathic PAF.
