| 摘 要： | 目的测定血管活性肠肽(VIP)、白介素(IL)-5和组胺在慢性特发性荨麻疹(CIU)患者血清中的水平,初步探讨神经精神因素在CIU发病中的作用。方法应用ELISA法测定46例CIU患者及34例正常人血清VIP,IL-5和组胺的含量,并进行比较分析。结果 CIU组血清中VIP,IL-5和组胺的含量高于正常对照组(P0.05)。CIU组血清VIP与组胺水平成正相关(P0.05),VIP与IL-5及IL-5与组胺之间无相关性(P均0.05)。结论 VIP可能通过组胺释放而诱发或加重CIU,神经精神因素可能通过此途径导致CIU的发生和发展。

| Abstract: | Objective In order to determine the role of neuropsychiatric factors in the pathogenesis of Chronic Idiopathic Urticavia (CIU). Methods ELISA method was used to detect VIP,IL-5 and histamine in the serum of 46 patients of CIU and 34 normal people. Results The serum level of VIP,IL-5 and histamine in CIU group were higher than that in control group(P<0.01). The serum level of VIP and histamine in CIU group were positive correlated(P<0.05). There was no correlation between the serum level of VIP and IL-5(P>0.05)and the serum level of IL-5 and histamine(P>0.05). Conclusion Histamine could induce or aggravate CIU by releasing VIP,and neuropsychological factors may lead the occurrence and relapse of CIU in this way. |
