腺性膀胱炎28例临床分析

目的:探讨腺性膀胱炎的诊断和治疗方法,提高临床诊治效果。方法:回顾分析28例腺性膀胱炎患者的临床资料、诊断和治疗方法。结果:28例均经膀胱镜活检确诊为腺性膀胱炎。予抗炎治疗、经尿道汽化电切术及药物膀胱灌注。随访2～50个月,总有效率82.1%,疗效满意。结论:膀胱镜检查结合组织活检对腺性膀胱炎的早期诊断具有重要意义。经尿道汽化电切加药物膀胱灌注是治疗腺性膀胱炎最有效的方法。腺性膀胱炎有恶变倾向并易伴发尿路上皮癌,应密切随访。

Clinical analysis of cystitis glandularis in 28 cases

Objective：To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of cystitis glandularis for improving the outcomes of this disease.Methods：The clinical data of 28 cases of cystitis glandularis were retrospectively analyzed with regard to the diagnosis and therapies.Results：The total 28 cases were confirmed cystitis glandularis by cystoscopic biopsy and undergone the treatment by anti-inflammation,transurethral electro-vaporization resection or bladder perfusion of drugs.Follow-up of 2 to 50 months showed that 82.1% of the patients were cured.Conclusion：Cystoscopy with biopsy appears helpful in early diagnosis of cystitis glandularis.Transurethral resection or electrovaporization combined with bladder perfusion of drug may be the most effective in treatment of this disease.However,cystitis glandularis is associated with malignant progress and frequent development of urothelial carcinoma,close follow-up is recommended.
