彩超和核磁共振诊断完全性前置胎盘伴植入对比分析

目的：探讨完全性前置胎盘伴植入的彩超和核磁共振影像学特点，对比分析二者诊断胎盘植入的价值。方法：回顾性分析完全性前置胎盘怀疑伴胎盘植入患者33例，同时行彩色多普勒超声和核磁共振成像（MRI）检查，分析33例产妇彩超及MRI影像学资料特征，并与手术和（或）临床综合诊断结果比较，分析二者诊断胎盘植入的敏感性、特异性和准确性。结果：彩超和MRI对胎盘植入的诊断与手术或病理诊断金标准相比， Kappa值分别为0.687和0.680，两者与金标准有一致性。两种诊断方法比较Kappa值为0.79，诊断符合率一致（P<0.01）。结论：彩超与核磁共振在产前诊断胎盘植入的准确性高，均可作为产前诊断的方法之一。

Comparison of color Doppler ultrasonography and MRI in the diagnosis of complete placenta and placenta

To compare the value between the ultrasound and magnetic resonance imagine (MRI) in the diagnosis of complete placenta accreta. Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted in the 33 patients who were suspected by complete placenta accreta. The color doppler ultrasoound and MRI were conducted prenatally, and the characteristic were analyzed. By compared the results with the surgery and/or pathological diagnosis, the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of diagnosis of the two methods were analyzed. Results: By compared with the surgery and/or pathological diagnosis, the Kappa value of ultrasound and MRI were 0.687 and 0. 680, respectively, being consistency with the gold standard.The Kappa value of the two methods was 0.79, P < 0.01 . Conclusion: The accuracy of the color doppler ultrasound and MRI were satisfied in the diagnosis of placenta accreta.
