| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨对于经皮穿刺冠状动脉腔内成形术(PTCA术)术后患者的护理方法:通过对328例经皮穿刺桡动脉行冠状动脉患者的观察,以及对其术后的护理 结果: 首选经皮右侧桡动脉穿刺术, 术后大部分患者不需绝对平卧和被动体位,可早期下床活动,增加患者舒适感,避免发生术后尿潴留和腰背部肌肉酸痛不适感. 结论:经皮穿刺桡动脉行冠状动脉诊断及介入治疗具有穿刺损伤小、血管并发症少、术后止血方便、患者术后早期即可下床活动,恢复快.针对性护理.有利于护理人员配合医生观察病情等

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the nursing care of the transradial coronary angiography(TRA) operation Methods Observation and nursing a total of 328 cases of transradial coronary angiography(TRA) operation Results After operation most patients without the need of absolute prostration, increasing the patients comfortable, avoid urinary retention and back muscle soreness and discomfort. Conclusion The advantage of using transradial coronary angiography(TRA) is small puncture injury ,less Vascular complications, easy to hemostatic. The patient recovered quickly after the operation. Target nursing in favor of doctor observe the condition. |
