| 摘 要： | 探讨出血型小肠平滑肌肿瘤的临床特点及其诊断。方法回顾性病例分析。结果出血型小肠平滑肌肿瘤具有下列临床表现（１）反复间隙性消化道出血。（２）大多数病人的年龄在４０岁以下。（３）位于空肠部位的肿瘤约为回肠的３倍。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of smooth muslce tumors of the small intestine(hemorrhagic type)and its diagnosis.Methods Retrospective analysis of cases.Results Smooth muscle tumors of the small intestine(hemorrhagic type)have the following clinical presentations:(1)Repeated intermittent digestive tract bleeding.(2)The majority(87 9%)of patients are more than 40 years old.(3)Tumors located in jejunum are about 3 times those in ileum.(4)Occurrence of gastrointestinal bleeding and its quantity have not relation to nature and size of tumors.(5)Course of diseas persists a longer period before operation.Conclusion Smooth muscle tumors of the small intestine(hemorrhagic type)are one of the most common etiologic factors induced lower digestive tract bleeding.Hypotonic small bowel examination,CT and selective supermesenteric angiography have an important role to discovery directely tumor's signs. |
