检测胆汁P53和K—ras突变基因对诊断大肠癌肝转移的价值

探讨检测胆汁ｐ５３和Ｋ－ｒａｓ基因突变对诊断大肠癌肝转移的价值２。方法采用ＰＣＲ－ＳＳＣＰ方法对６２例大肠癌病的原发生和胆汁标本进行检测Ｐ５３和Ｋ－ｒａｓ基因突变的结果进行分析。

Evaluation of biliary p53 and K-ras mutation genes in the diagnosis of coloreetal cancer with liver metastases.

Objective To investigate the Value of p53 mutation gene K-ras mutation genes in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer with liver metastases.Methods Techniques of PCR-SSCP were used to detecty p53 and K-ras mutation genes in primary focus and gallbladder blie.Results 51 out of 62 patients(82.3%)with large intestinal carcinoma were detected p53 and K-ras mutation genes,of which 38 cases (61 3%)of p53,20(32.3%)of K-ras and 7 of both p53 and K-ras.17out of 62 cases of bile were detected p53 and K-ras mutation genes,among which 9 out of 11 cases of preoperative liver metastases,3 out of 3 cases of lver metastases during operation,5 cases of no liver metastases before and during operation,of which 2 were found liver metastases 2 to 6 months after operation.The mutation genes of p53 and K-ras are the same both in bile and in primary focus.Conclusions The p53 and K-ras mutation genes in liver metastatic focus nad in bile are the same with those in primary focus.The detection of p53 and K-ras mutation genes is of great clinical significance in the prediction and diagnosis of colorecctal cancer with liver metastases.
