广西低档场所暗娼人群梅毒感染及危险因素分析

目的了解广西低档暗娼人群梅毒感染现状及影响因素，为制定针对性预防控制措施提供依据。方法按照《广西低档暗娼人群专项调查工作方案》要求进行问卷、采血、检0n．0。所有资料经EpiData3．1进行双录入，用SPSS19．0进行统计分析。结果调查7598例研究对象中，最近1个月与客人发生性关系时，能坚持每次都使用安全套的占47．45％（3605／7598）；9．34％（710／7598）的调查对象自述最近1年曾被诊断患过性病；梅毒阳性率为11．29％（858／7598）。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示：文化程度越低、年龄越大、商业性性行为频次越高和无固定场所是感染梅毒的促进因素。结论广西低档暗娼梅毒感染率较高，坚持使用安全套率低，梅毒感染是促进艾滋病传播的重要因素，应将艾滋病与性病防治结合，开展针对性的宣传干预，降低梅毒在暗娼人群中的传播与蔓延。

Analysis of syphilis infectious status and related factors among low-grade female sex workers in Guangxi

Objective To investigate syphilis infection status and risk factors of among low-grade female sex work- ers （FSWs） in Guangxi, and provide a basis for the development of targeted prevention and control measures. Methods The questionnaires, blood sampling and laboratory test were carried out in accordance with the requirement of Guangxi inves- tigation work program among low-grade FSWs. All data were double input by Epi Data 3.1, and analyzed by SPSS 19. O. Results Among 7598 participants, the rate of consistent condom use with clients during the last month was 47. 45% （3605/7598）. 9.34% （710/7598） of low-grade FSWs had been diagnosed with sexually transmitted diseases （STDs） in recent years. The total syphilis positive rate was 11.29% （858/7598）. Multivariate logistic regression model analysis showed that education level, age, frequency of commercial sex, no fixed places were positive significantly associated with infectious of syphilis. Conclusion Syphilis infection rate was high among low-grade FSWs in Guangxi, and consistent con- dom use rate was low. Because syphilis infection is an important factor with AIDS spread, the combined prevention and treat- ment of AIDS and STD should be carried out with targeted interventions to reduce the spread of syphilis among FSWs.
