MDM2、p53蛋白在星形细胞瘤中的表达

目的　探讨MDM2 、p5 3蛋白在星形细胞瘤发病中的作用及其与肿瘤病理分级、患者预后间的关系。方法　用免疫组化技术链霉亲和素 -生物素 -过氧化物酶复合 (SABC)法对确诊并有随访的 45例星形细胞瘤标本进行MDM2 、p5 3蛋白定位观察。结果　发现MDM2 、p5 3蛋白表达阳性率分别为 48.9% (2 2 /4 5 )和 46 .7% (2 1/4 5 ) ,其阳性率与肿瘤病理分级呈显著正相关 (P <0 .0 1)。本组中MDM2 和p5 3共同阳性表达 12例 ,占 2 6 .7% ;共同阳性表达者与单独MDM2 蛋白或p5 3蛋白阳性表达及两种蛋白表达均阴性病例的 1年和 3年存活率比较均有显著性差异 (分别为P <0 .0 5及P <0 .0 1)。结论　MDM2 、p5 3蛋白检测有助于判断星形细胞瘤的恶性程度及预测患者的预后。

Expression of MDM2 and p53 protein in astrocytomas

Objective To study the effect of MDM 2,p53 proteins on pathogenesis,pathological grade and prognosis in astrocytomas.Methods Forty cases of astrocytomas with follow up history were covered for this study.MDM 2 and p53 proteins were detected by immunohistochemical method.Results The positive rates for MDM 2 and p53 proteins were 48.9%(22/45) and 46.7%(21/45) respectively,the positive rates were increased with progression of pathological grade( P <0.01).Twelve cases showed positive both in MDM 2 and p53.There is clear difference in one year and three year survival between these twelve cases and those cases with only MDM 2 or p53 proteins positive,and those cases with MDM 2 and p53 proteins both negative( P <0.05, P <0.01 respectively).Conclusion The detection of MDM 2 and p53 proteins is valuable in evaluating the malignant degree and predicting the prognosis of astrocytomas.
