| 摘 要： | 目的 评估米氮平治疗首发老年抑郁症的疗效和不良反应.方法 40例首发老年抑郁症患者接受为期6周米氮平治疗,并采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)及副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效和不良反应.结果 米氮平对老年抑郁症的有效率和显效率分别为92.8%和80.0%.副反应主要为眩晕、食欲增加和体重增加,程度均较轻微.结论 米氮平是一种适合于老年人的药物,安全性高,疗效好,不良反应轻微.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the efficacy and safety of mirtazapine in the treatment of first-episode senile depression.Methods Forty elderly patients with depression for 6 weeks.The efficacy and side effects were evaluated by Hamilton depressive scale(HAMD) and treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS).Results After 6 weeks of treatment,the response rate and significant response rate were 92.5% and 80.0% respectively.The main side effectives were drowsiness,increased appetite and weight gain.All the side effects were mild.Conclusion Mirtazapine is a safe and effective drug in the treatment of senile depression,with mild side effects. |
