四妙颗粒中苍术挥发油β-环糊精的包合工艺

目的：采用正交试验法优选超声法制备苍术挥发油β-环糊精包合物的包合工艺。方法：采用正交试验设计，以苍术挥发油与β-环糊精的用量配比、超声时间及包合温度作为考察因素，以挥发油利用率、包合物含油率及包合物收率进行综合评分，优选以超声法制备β-环糊精包合物的最佳工艺。并且通过薄层层析法和紫外检测法说明包合对挥发油的成分无影响。结果：苍术挥发油与β-环糊精的比例1：6、包合温度40℃、超声时间15min为苍术挥发油的最佳包合工艺。同时TLC层析谱显示包合物的斑点在原点未展开，说明形成了稳定的包合物。结论：超声法制备苍术挥发油β-环糊精包合物工艺操作简便，易于控制。

Technology of β-cyclodextrin Inclusion Compound of Oil from Atractylodis Lancea in Simiao Granules

Objective： To optimize the preparation of β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound of oil from Atractylodis Lancea with ultrasound method by the orthogonal design. Method： Three indexes including the ratio of obtained inclusion compound , the inclusion ratio of oil and the recovery rate of volatile oil were used to evaluate the technologies based on orthogonal design, in which the proportion between β-cyclodextrin and volatile oil in Atractylodis Lancea, the clathrates temperature and ultrasound time were considered as three main technological factors. Besides, the thin layer chromatography and ultraviolet spectrophotometry stated that clathrates had no influence to the component of volatile oil. Result： The optimum preparation conditions for clathrates were established as ： volatile oil in Atractylodis Lancea：β-cyclodextrin was 1：6, the clathrates temperature was at 40℃ and ultrasound time was 15min. Meanwhile, the spot of clathrates by TLC chromatogram wasnt spreaded from origin. It＇s said that stable clathrates was formed. Conclusion： The best clathrate process of volatile oil by ultrasound method is established. Furthermore,it is convenient to operate and easy to control.
