| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨针刺加运动患肌对周围性面神经炎的预后影响及针刺时机的选择。方法：100例周围性面神经炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例,治疗组采用透刺浅刺和运动患肌治疗,对照组采用常规针刺加穴位注射。结果：治疗组有效49例,有效率为98.0%;对照组有效44例,有效率为88.0%（x2=5.39,P〈0.05）。结论：针刺加运动患肌疗法优于常规针刺加穴位注射。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate prognosis needling and kinesitherapy for treatment of pe-ripheral neuritis and select acupuncture opportune moment.Methods： One hundred case of peripheral facial neuritis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,50cases in each group.The patients of the treatent group were treated with penetration needling plus kinesitherapy and the control group were treated with routine acupuncture plus point-injection.Results：The effective rate 98.0% and the cured-markedly effective rate in the treatmet group were higher than those 88% in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The therapeutic effect of the penetation needling plus kinesitherapy is better than that of routine acupuncture plus point-injection effect. |
