| 摘 要： | 目的观察长毫针深刺夹脊穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法88例患者随机分为治疗组44例(深刺腰部夹脊穴)与对照组44例(常规刺夹脊穴)。结果治疗组总有效率为95.46%,对照组总有效率为77.27%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论深刺腰部夹脊穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症有较好疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of long filiform-needle deep acupuncture of jiaji points for treating lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion.Methods Eighty-eight patients were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 44 cases(deep acupuncture of lumbar jiaji points) and a control group of 44 cases(conventional acupuncture of jiaji points).Results The total efficacy rate was 95.46% in the treatment group and 77.27% in the control group.The curative effect was significantly better in the treatment group than in the control groups(P<0.01).Conclusion Deep acupuncture of lumbar jiaji points has a good curative effect on lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. |
