皮肤疣危险因素病例对照研究

目的探讨皮肤疣发病的危险因素,为预防皮肤疣的发生提供科学依据。方法采用成组病例对照研究的方法,收集2011年皮肤疣患者和健康志愿者各109人,通过单因素分析和非条件logistic回归分析进行危险的因素分析。结果筛选出4个对皮肤疣发生具有危险的因素,分别为手足多汗、不良习惯、家族因素和密切接触。结论遗传易感性可能是皮肤疣的主要危险因素,但这需要进一步的研究予以证实。积极控制多汗症、纠正撕咬指(趾)甲和皮肤的不良习惯,避免和疣病患者亲密接触对预防皮肤疣的发生可能具有预防作用。

A case - control study on risk factors of skin warts

Objective To explore the risk factors of skin warts and to provide scientific basis for prevention of skin warts.Methods A case-control study was performed in 109 patients from dermatological clinic in 2011 and 109 healthy volunteers,and the selection of major risk factors was through univariate analysis and unconditional logistic regression analysis.Results The 4 risk factors for skin warts had been selected,they were hyperhidrosis,bad habits,family history and close contact with patients.Conclusion Genetic susceptibility may be the major risk factor for skin warts,but further study is needed to confirm this point of view.Active controlling of hyperhidrosis,correcting bad habits and avoiding close contact with warts patients have preventive effect for the occurrence of skin warts.
