| 摘 要： | 基质金属蛋白酶家族（MMPs）是细胞外基质（ECM）降解过程中的重要酶类，与多种病理过程尤其是细胞的侵袭和转移有重大关联。基于MMPs的种类、结构和作用方式，已经发现了多种抑制剂，均处于临床前或临床研究阶段。MMPs抑制剂正被开发为一种新型的抗血管生成剂，已成为研究的焦点。

| Abstract: | Objective:Matrix metalloproteinases(MMPs)family is an important group of enzymes in volved in degradation of extracellular matrix.They take part in many pathological processes,especially for cell invasion and metastasis.A number of MMPs inhibitors at clinical or pre-clinical stages,have been developed based on category,structure and mechanism of MMPs.MMPs inhibitors are being developed as a new antiangiogenic products and becoming the focus of research efforts. |
