摘    要:目的 观察生物制剂胸腔内灌注对癌性胸水的疗效。方法 采用胸腔穿刺硅胶导管灌注高聚金葡素和白细胞介素Ⅱ生物制剂或化疗药物对照。结果 高聚金葡素组20例,有效率为82.0%,对照组丝裂霉素组20例,有效率为45%,白细胞介素Ⅱ组18例,有效率为83.3%。对照组丝裂霉素组18例,有效率为44.4%。结论经导管灌注生物制剂高聚金葡素或白细胞介素Ⅱ,其疗效明显优于胸腔内化疗。

Abstract:To observe the therapeutic effect of cannula perfusion of biological products in the treatmnent of carcinomatous pleu -ral effusion. Method The silastic cannula was indwelled by thoracente-sis and draned as nuch pleural effusion as possible. Then such biologi-cal products or chemotherary drugs as mitomycin C,Saphylocccin.Aureus injecti0n or SlL- II were perfused through the cannula. Saphylococcin Aureus lnjection was given 5000- 10000 IV every time. SIL-II 3- 6 *10 ~ 5 and mitomycin C 6~ 8mg per injecti0n. 1 ~ 2 times a week. Result in the group of Saphylococcin Aureus Injection, 16 palients of 20 were CR PR. The effective rate was 82.0 %. in the c0nt rast group of mitogillion, the effective rate was only 45% (p<0.05). In the group of mitomycin C, the effective rate was 83. 3 %. in the contrast group of mitogillion, the effective rate was only 44. 4 % (p<0.05 ). Conclusion The method of perfusing biological products such as Saphylococcin Aureus Injection 0r SIL- II through cannula, the treating effect is signincantly superior to chemotherapy in the thoracic cavity. Therefore, cannula perfusion of biological products in the thoracic cavity is an effective method of treating malignant pleural effusion.
