| 摘 要： | 目的:体外诱导人脐血单个核细胞(mononuclear cells,MNCs)中的神经干细胞(neural stem cells,NSCs)向神经细胞分化的研究。方法:体外培养中用表皮生长因子(epithelium growth factor,EGF)和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(basic fibroblast growth factor,bFGF)诱导人脐血NSCs向神经细胞的分化。结果:在EGF和bFGF作用下,实验组Nestin阳性细胞数量显著增多;在EGF和bFGF作用下,Nestin的mRNA表达PCR条带变量两组间有显著性差异。结论:细胞因子EGF和bFGF在体外能促进脐血MNCs中NSCs的分化,联合应用较单独应用具有更强的促进脐血MNCs向神经样细胞分化作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate differentiation of nerve stem cells in mononuclear cells derived from human umbilical cord blood into neuron_like cells in vitro.Methods: To induce the differentiation of nerve stem cells into neuron_like cells with epithelium growth factor (EGF) and basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF).Results: In the role of EGF and bFGF,the nember of nestin's positive cell is significant increasing in the experimental group.The belt of PCR which is expressed by nestin's mRNA is more brighter in experimental group,there are significant difference in two groups.Conclusion: EGF associated with bFGF can improve the differentiation of nerve stem cells into neuron_like cells. |
