目的了解基层医院手术室护士存在的压力源,寻求有效的应对措施。方法针对濮阳市妇幼保健院手术室护士的问卷调查及日常观察及亲身体会。结果压力主要与职业的高风险、工作负荷过重、潜在的健康危险因素、出去学习的机会、继续教育与考试等因素有关。结论手术室护士的压力主要来自工作场所,作为管理者应积极有效地运用人性化关怀手段进行管理。
