| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨白血病抑制因子受体 (LIFR)与人涎腺腺样囊性癌转移的相关性。方法 :以涎腺腺样囊性癌细胞系ACC 2及其肺高转移株ACC M作为研究肿瘤转移分子机制的模型 ,应用RT PCR技术和免疫组化方法检测LIFR的表达。结果 :RT PCR检测表明LIFRmRNA在肺高转移细胞株ACC M细胞中的表达低于在ACC 2细胞中的表达 ,免疫组化检测表明LIFR蛋白在ACC M细胞中表达降低。结论 :LIFR在涎腺腺样囊性癌转移过程中可能发挥抑制作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the expression of Leukemia inhibitory factor receptor (LIFR) in human salivary gland adenoid cystic carcinoma cell lines with different metastatic potential.Method: Salivary gland adenoid cystic carcinoma cell line ACC-2 cells and its lung metastases ACC-M cells were used as model systems to study the mechanism of tumor metastasis by using RT-PCR technique and immunohistochemistry method.Result: Down regulation of LIFR on mRNA and proteinlevels in ACC-M was observed compared to those in ACC-2. Conclusion: LIFR may act as a tumor metastasis suppressor in salivary gland adenoid cystic carcinoma. |
