| 摘 要： | 将已知临床有效方法"中药治疗脾虚失运,湿浊困耳型耳闭"方案改为"针刺为主针药结合治疗脾虚失运,湿浊困耳型耳闭",并对其实效性进行探索性研究。以针刺为主针药结合治疗脾虚失运,湿浊困耳型耳闭,治疗共5个疗程,针刺治疗贯穿始终,前3个疗程联合参苓白术散,后2个疗程只实施针刺。耳闭症状得以有效缓解,最终听力恢复。

| Abstract: | To change the known clinical effective method （TCM treatment of spleen deficiency and damp trapped in ear syn- drome of ear block） to acupuncture combined with drugs therapy for damp trapped in ear syndrome of ear block and to do an exploratory research on its effectiveness. Acupuncture is given priority and its combination with medicine is used to treat spleen deficiency, damp and mud trapped in ear syndrome of ear block）. Treatment is divided into five courses in which acupuncture throughout the courses. Powder of Ginseng and Poria and Bighead Atractylodes are combined in the first three courses of treatment. Acupuncture is only used in the last two courses. The symptoms of ear block are alleviated effectively and hearing can be regained. |
