针刺治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床观察

目的:观察针刺治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效。方法:80名患者随机分成针刺组40例和药物组40例。针刺组采取针刺双侧风池、风府、百会、颈夹脊穴治疗,药物组口服盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊,连续治疗15 d为1个疗程,观察两组疗效。结果:针刺组总有效率为92.5%,药物组总有效率为77.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺双侧风池、风府、百会、颈夹脊穴治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效明显优于口服盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗。

Clinical Observation on Acupuncture in Treatment of Vertebral Artery Type of Cervical Spondylosis

Objective： To observe the effect of acupuncture treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis. Methods ： 80 patients were randomly divided into an acupuncture group of 40 cases and 40 cases in the drug group. The acupuncture group was treated with acupuncture of bilateral Fengchi, Fengfu, Baihui, Jiaji points and the drug group was treated with oral administration of fiunarizine hydrochloride capsules, continuous treatment of 15 d for 1 course of treat- ment. The curative effect of two groups was observed. Results：The acupuncture group＇s total efficiency was 92.5%, and the drug aroup＇s total effective rate was 77.5%. There was sianificant difference between two zrouns （P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Needling bilateral Fengchi, Fengfu, Baihui and Jiaji points on vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis has bet- ter effect than oral administration of Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules.
