补肾通络法治疗糖尿病肾病临床观察

目的:观察补肾通络方对早期糖尿病肾病的防治作用。方法:将符合诊断标准的早期糖尿病肾病(DN)患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在西医常规治疗的基础上加用中药补肾通络方进行治疗,对照组单纯用西药治疗,分别于治疗前、后抽血及收集尿液检测糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、尿白蛋白、尿蛋白/肌酐比值、CRP、TNF-α、MCP-1等指标。结果:治疗组患者的血糖、糖化血红蛋白较对照组有所下降,但无统计学意义。治疗组患者的尿微量白蛋白、尿蛋白/肌酐比值、CRP、TNF-α、MCP-1等指标分别由1564.6±45.8,2.35±0.43,8.86±1.31,22.36±2.13,14.32±4.35下降至170.8±24.8,1.25±0.36,4.12±2.18,14.45±3.56,10.56±3.42。具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:补肾通络方对糖尿病肾病有一定的防治作用,值得作进一步的研究。

CLinic Research of Bushen Tongluo Decoction on Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective：To research the effect of Bushen Tongluo Decoction on diabetic nephropathy. Method：All patients were divided into two groups. One was treated with western medicine and Chinese medicine Bushen Tongluo Decoction. The other one was as control. Blood sugar, HbA1 c, microalbuminuria, CRP, tumor necrosis factor- alpha （TNF -α） and monocyte chemoattractant protein - 1 （ MCP - 1 ） were tested before and 8 weeks after treatment. Results ： Blood sugar and HbAI c of patients treated with western medicine and Bushen Tonglou Decoction were decreased. But there was no signifi- cant defference. Microalbuminuria,CRP,TNF --α and MCP - 1 were decreased from 1564.6 ±45.8,8.86 ±1.31,22.36 ± 2.13,14.32 ± 4.35 to 170.8± 24.8, 4.12 ±2.18,14.45 ±3.56,10.56 ± 3.42 separately （ P 〈 0.01 ）. But controls had no change. Conclusion：Chinese medicine Bushen Tongluo Decoction has good effect on diabetic nephropathy.
