| 摘 要： | 本文对于一种具有外围低粘度层的特殊流体，计算了一些反映食管蠕动特性的力学参量，如一个周期时间上的平均流量，压差、壁面摩擦力等，讨论了这些参量与管壁条件，流体粘度及其它量之间的关系。并对食管的蠕动输运机理进行了简单的模拟和定性和讨论。

| Abstract: | A kind of fluid with a low viscous peripheral layer is used in this paper.Some mechanical parameters which reflect the characters of the esophageal peristalsis are given,such as the mean flow,pressure difference and wall friction,etc,during a time period.The relationship between these parameters and wall condition,fluid viscosity and other parameters are discussed.Fi -nally,a simple simulation and a qualitative discussion on the mechanism of the esophageal peristaltic transport are given. |
