高原红细胞增多症患者红细胞膜ATP酶活性及离子转运功能

摘    要:目的:测定26例高原红细胞增多症(HAPC)患者红细胞膜ATP酶活力及红细胞内相关离子浓度,结果:患者红细胞膜Na~ -K~ -ATP酶,Ca~(2 )-ATP酶,Mg~(2 )-ATP酶活性均明显低于正常人(P<0.01),而红细胞内Na~ ,Ca~(2 )浓度却明显高于正常人(P<0.01,P<0.05)。患者红细胞压积与ATP酶活性呈负相关,与红细胞内Na~ 、Ca~(2 )含量呈正相关。提示:高原红细胞增多症细胞代谢异常是机体多系统损害基础。

Abstract:The ATPases' activities in erythrocytic membrance and intraerythrocytic ionic concentration in 26 patients with high altitude polycytheiam (HAPC) were determined. It was found that the activities of Na ,K -ATPase, Ca2 -ATPase and Mg2 - ATPase were significantly lower in HAPC patients than in normal individuals, but the concentrations of Na and Ca2 were obviously higher in HAPC subjects than in the normals. There was a negative correlation between Hct and intraerythrocytic Na concentration in these patients (r = 0. 493,P<0. 05), and a positive correlation between Na , K -ATPase activity and Hct. It is suggested that these changes are related to HAPC occurrence.
