凉血清肺饮联合迪维霜治疗寻常型痤疮120例

目的观察凉血清肺饮联合迪维霜治疗寻常型痤疮疗效。方法将120例寻常型痤疮患者随机分为治疗组(A)和对照组(B、C)。治疗组60例内服凉血清肺饮,150ml/次,2次/d,同时0.025%迪维霜外用,2次/d;B组30例内服凉血清肺饮,150ml/次,2次/d;C组30例0.025%迪维霜外用,2次/d。结果治疗组总有效率97.2%,对照组(B)总有效率80.8%,对照组(C)总有效率88.2%。治疗组与对照组总有效率比较,有显著性差异(χ2=4.86,P<0.01)。结论中西医结合治疗寻常型痤疮比单纯应用中药或西药疗效好,疗程短。

Liangxueqingfeiyin combined with diweishuang in treating acne vulgaris

Objective To explore the effect of combining use of liangxueqingfeiyin and diweishuang on treating Acne vulgaris.Methods 120 patients with Acne vulgaris were randomly divided into treatment gropes(A group 60cases)and control groups ((B,C group,30 cases respectively).The treatment group received Liangxueqingfeiyin combing with diweishuang,and the control group received only Liangxueqingfeiyin or diweishuang.Results The effective rate of combination group (A)was 97.2%,80.8%of the only Liangxueqingfeiyin group(B) and 88.2% of diweishuang(C),The effective rate of combination group was significantly higher than that of other groups.Conclusion The treatment group of Liangxueqingfeiyin combing with diweishuang was satisfactorily effective and short therapeutic course.
