中西医结合治疗结核性渗出性胸膜炎82例临床观察

目的观察中西医结合治疗结核性渗出性胸膜炎的临床疗效。方法将162例结核性渗出性胸膜炎患者随机分为2组,对照组80例单纯西医治疗(抗痨、胸穿抽液及糖皮质激素治疗),治疗组82例以中西医结合治疗中医治疗、抗痨、胸穿抽液及糖皮质激素治疗)。2组均治疗6个月为1个疗程,疗程完成后观察疗效。结果短期疗效治疗组总有效率96.3%,对照组总有效率82.5%,2组总有效率差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。长期疗效治疗组总有效率93.5%,对照组总有效率76%,2组总有效率差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论中西医结合治疗结核性渗出性胸膜炎比单纯西药治疗作用快,疗效好。

Observation of tuberculous exudative pleuritis treated by combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine

Objective to observe the effect of combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine on the treatment of tuberculous exudative pleuritis (TEP).Methods 162 patients with TEP were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in control group (n=80) were treated only with routine therapy (anti-tuberculous drugs, thorax Centesis to draw out hydrothorax and hormone therapy).And patients in treatment group (n=82) were treated by combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine. The effect were observe before and after treatment in both groups for 6 months. Results The total effective rate in treatment group (96.3%) was higher than that in control group (82.5%,P<0.05).The short-term total effective rate in treatment group (93.5%) was also higher than that in control group (76%,~P<0.05 ).Conclusion Combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine was more effective on the treatment of tuberculous exudative pleuritis.
