气道狭窄患者置入金属支架后的肺功能变化

目的：观察气道狭窄患者道内金属支架置入后的肺功能变化。方法：16例晚期肺癌和12例支气管内膜结核后狭窄患者分别置入Ultrafex自膨胀网状钛金属支架或Palmaz球囊扩张网状不锈钢支架，观察置入支架前、后及3个月时肺功能，结果：所有患者支架置入后肺功能参数FVC，FVC％，FEV1，FEV1％，PEF，TLC，TLC％，VC和VC％明显改善。结论：肺功能可以客观评估气道内金属支架置入术的疗效。

The effect of tracheal and bronchial metal stent placement on pulmonary function in patients with tracheobronchial stenosis

Objective To evaluate the effect of metal stent placement on pulmonary function in patients with tracheobronchial stenosis. Methods 16 patients with tracheobronchial tumors and 12 patients with tracheobronchial tuberculosis placed with Ultraflex stents or Pulmaz stents were studied. Pulmonary function values were compared before, immediately after (48h) and sometime after (about 3 months) operation in 28 patients. Results Before treatment, airflow was severely impaired in all patients. All spirometric parameters increased significantly following operation. In particular FVC, FVC%, FEV 1, FEV 1%,PEF,TLC,TLC%,VC and VC% improved dramatically in all patients. Conclusion Pulmonary function test may be helpful in assessing the efficacy of tracheobronchial metal stent placement in patients with tracheobronchial stenosis.
