胚胎绒毛与母体钙、镁含量的相关性

摘    要:目的:测定胚胎绒毛及母体头发的钙、镁含量,并探讨二者相关性。方法:采集孕周不足12周的人工流产患者的胚胎绒毛组织及枕后新发,5∶2HNO3+H2O2体系消解,电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP)检测元素钙、镁的含量,SPSS11.5统计软件进行数据分析。结果:胚胎绒毛中钙、镁的含量分别为(1584.88±714.27)μg/g、(39.45±14.61)μg/g;母发中钙、镁含量为(7684.45±834.08)μg/g、(117.94±58.35)μg/g。胚胎绒毛与母体头发中钙、镁含量的相关系数分别为0.114(P0.05)、0.317(P0.05)。结论:胚胎绒毛中镁的含量与母发存在正相关,可通过检测母亲头发中的镁含量了解胚胎镁元素状况;孕12周内胚胎绒毛的钙含量与母发含量存在相关性,但差异无统计学意义。

Correlation between embryo-villi and maternal calcium,magnesium concentrations
Abstract:Objective:To detect the concentrations of calcium and magnesium in embryo-villi and maternal hair,and explore the correlation between them.Methods:The embryo-villi tissues and maternal new hair of patients with induced abortion (fewer than 12 gestational weeks) were collected,then degraded with 5:2 HNO3+H2O2,the concentrations of calcium and magnesium were detected by inductive coupling plasma emission spectrograph,the data were analyzed with SPSS 11.5 statistical software.Results:The concentrations of calcium and magnesium in embryo-villi were (1 584.88±714.27) μg/g and (39.45±14.61) μg/g,respectively; the concentrations of calcium and magnesium in maternal hair were (7 684.45±834.08) μg/g and (117.94±58.35) μg/g,respectively.The correlation coefficient of calcium and magnesium in embryo-villi and maternal hair were 0.114 (P>0.05) and 0.317 (P<0.05),respectively.Conclusion:There is a positive correlation between magnesium concentration in embryo-villi and magnesium concentration in maternal hair,the concentrations of calcium and magnesium in fetus can be acquainted by detection of magnesium concentration in maternal hair; there is a positive correlation between calcium concentration in embryo-villi and calcium concentration in maternal hair within 12 gestational weeks,but there is no significant difference.
