影响妇女绝经后症状相关因素分析

目的:了解影响妇女绝经后症状的相关因素,做好中老年妇女的保健工作。方法:采用整群随机抽样的方法,调查城乡不同职业已绝经妇女1860人,对其绝经后症状及影响因素进行分析。结果:被调查妇女绝经后症状发生率为65.9%,改良Kupperman评分13项中以躯体症状(68.5%)、性生活不适(46.2%)、泌尿系统症状(31.6%)为主。影响绝经后症状的因素与绝经年限、文化程度、生活方式、是否采用激素替代治疗等有关(P<0.05)。结论:应重视绝经后妇女的保健,提高中老年妇女生活质量。

Analysis on related effect factors of female postmenopausal symptoms

Objective:To understand the related effect factors of female postmenopausal symptoms,make a good job of health care of middle and aged women.Methods:1 860 postmenopausal women of different careers in urban area and rural area were selected by cluster random sampling,then their postmenopausal symptoms and effect factors were analyzed.Results:The incidence of the postmenopausal symptoms was 65.9%.Among 13 items of improved Kupperman score,the main symptoms were somatic symptoms(68.5%),sex life discomfort(46.2%)and urinary symptoms(31.6%).The effect factors of postmenopausal symptoms included years since menopause,educational level,life style and hormone replacement therapy or not(P<0.05).Conclusion:Health care of postmenopausal women should be paid more attention to improve the quality of life in middle and aged women.
