S100A11在乳腺癌和癌旁组织中的表达及其与临床特征的关系

摘    要:目的:探讨S100A11在乳腺癌和癌旁乳腺组织中的表达及其与患者临床特征之间的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测S100A11在55例女性乳腺癌及癌旁乳腺组织中的表达,分析S100A11与患者年龄、肿块大小、病理类型、临床TNM分期、雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)、HER-2、腋窝淋巴结转移及是否绝经的关系。结果:S100A11蛋白在乳腺癌细胞的胞浆中表达阳性率为73.73%,在癌旁乳腺组织中表达阳性率为42.31%,乳腺癌细胞表达阳性率与乳腺癌旁乳腺组织中表达的阳性率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.005,P=0.008,P<0.05)。S100A11在乳腺癌组织中的表达与病理浸润情况有关(P=0.041,P<0.05),而与患者年龄、肿块大小、临床TNM分期、ER、PR、HER-2、腋窝淋巴结转移情况及是否绝经无关(P>0.05)。结论:乳腺癌组织S100A11蛋白表达增高与肿瘤的浸润有关,是判断乳腺癌生物学行为的有价值的参考指标。

Expression and clinical features of SIOOA11 in breast cancer and adjacent non -malignant tissue
Abstract:Objective:To study the expression of S100A11 in breast cancer,adjacent non-malignant tissue and the correlations between the results and clinical features.Methods:The expressions of S100A11 in 55 specimens of female human breast cancer and adjacent non-malignant tissues were determined by immunohistochemistry.The relationship between S100A11 and clinical parameters including patients age,tumor size,pathology type,the stages of breast cancer,ER,PR,HER-2,metastasis of lymphnodes and menopause were analyzed.Results:S100A11 was found in the cytoplasm of tumor cells in 73.73% of cases.In adjacent non-malignant tissue,42.31% of cases were positive.There was a significant difference between the malignant tissue and the adjacent non-malignant tissue in the proportion of positive cells(χ2=7.005,P=0.008,P<0.05).In breast cancer tissue,the expression of S100A11 was positively correlated with the tumor infiltration(P=0.041,P<0.05).For the other clinical parameters including patients age,tumor size,the stages of breast cancer,ER,PR,HER-2,metastasis of lymphnodes and menopause,there was no significant correlation.Conclusion:The up-regulation of S100A11 is associated with the tumor infiltration in breast cancer,and it may play an important role in judging biological behaviour of breast cancer.
