STAT3在正常早孕妇女与反复自然流产患者绒毛和蜕膜中的表达

目的:通过对反复自然流产(RSA)患者和正常早孕妇女绒毛、蜕膜中STAT3的测定,探讨不明原因反复流产患者的流产病因和胚胎、胎盘的生长机制。方法:采用免疫组化法检测40例RSA患者及20例对照组的绒毛和蜕膜组织中STAT3含量。结果:STAT3在RSA患者和正常妊娠妇女孕早期的绒毛和蜕膜中均高表达。RSA组与对照组绒毛中STAT3的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);RSA组与对照组蜕膜中STAT3的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:本研究检测了RSA患者和正常早孕妇女绒毛、蜕膜中STAT3的表达,在胎盘形成过程中STAT3参与、促进滋养细胞的存活、生长和浸润,胚胎生长具有肿瘤的特征。STAT3在RSA患者和正常妊娠妇女孕早期绒毛和蜕膜中的表达差异无统计学意义,STAT3与反复自然流产的关系还需进一步研究。

Expression of STAT3 in villi and deciduas of normal early pregnant women and patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion

Objective:To explore the causes of recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA) and growth mechanism of embryo and placenta by detecting STAT3 in villi and deciduas of normal early pregnant women and patients with RSA.Methods:The expression levels of STAT3 in villi and deciduas of 40 patients with RSA and 20 normal early pregnant women(control group) were detected by immunohistochemical method.Results:The expression levels of STAT3 in villi and deciduas of control group and RSA group were high;there was no significant difference in expression levels of STAT3 in villi and deciduas between RSA group and control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:STAT3 participates and promotes the survival,growth and invasion of trophoblastic cells in the course of placentation,the growth of embryo have tumorous characteristics;there is no significant difference in villi and deciduas between patients with RSA and normal early pregnant women,the relationship between STAT3 and RSA needs further research.
