上皮性卵巢癌中P73蛋白、P21~(WAF1/CIP1)蛋白、PCNA蛋白的表达及其相关性

摘    要:
目的:探讨上皮性卵巢癌中P73蛋白、P21WAF1/CIP1蛋白与PCNA蛋白的表达及其相关性,为卵巢癌的临床诊断及治疗包括基因治疗提供实验依据。方法:采用Eli Visionplus免疫组化研究40例上皮性卵巢癌组织、15例正常卵巢组织、25例良性上皮性卵巢肿瘤组织、7例交界性上皮性卵巢肿瘤组织中P73蛋白、P21WAF1/CIP1蛋白与PCNA蛋白的表达。结果:随着上皮性卵巢癌病理学分级及临床分期增高,①P73蛋白表达率增高,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);但不同病理类型之间差异无统计学意义,在良性上皮性卵巢肿瘤与上皮性卵巢癌差异有统计学意义(P0.05);②P21WAF1/CIP1蛋白表达率降低,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);但不同病理类型之间无统计学差异,在良性上皮性卵巢肿瘤与上皮性卵巢癌差异有统计学意义(P0.05);③PCNA蛋白表达率增高,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);但不同病理类型之间无统计学差异,在良性上皮性卵巢肿瘤与上皮性卵巢癌差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:①P73蛋白、PCNA蛋白表达在上皮性卵巢癌中阳性率升高,并随恶性程度增高而增高。②P21WAF1/CIP1蛋白表达在上皮性卵巢癌中阳性率降低,并随恶性程度增高而降低,与P73蛋白表达呈负相关。

Expressions of P73 protein,P21WAF1/CIP1 protein and PCNA protein in epithelial ovarian cancer and their correlation
Abstract:
Objective:To explore the expressions of P73 protein,P21WAF1/CIP1 protein and PCNA protein in epithelial ovarian cancer and their correlation,provide a experimental basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment (including gene therapy) of ovarian cancer.Methods:The expression levels of P73 protein,P21WAF1/CIP1 protein and PCNA protein in 40 cases with epithelial ovarian cancer,15 cases with normal ovary,25 cases with benign epithelial ovarian tumor and 7 cases with borderline epithelial ovarian tumor were detected by EliVision plus immunohistochemical method.Results:The expression rate of P73 protein increased significantly (P<0.05),but there was no significant difference among different pathological types,there was significant difference in expression rate of P73 protein between benign epithelial ovarian tumor and epithelial ovarian cancer (P<0.05); the expression rate of P21WAF1/CIP1 protein decreased significantly (P<0.05),but there was no significant difference among different pathological types,there was significant difference in expression rate of P21WAF1/CIP1 protein between benign epithelial ovarian tumor and epithelial ovarian cancer (P<0.05); the expression rate of PCNA protein increased significantly (P<0.05),but there was no significant difference among different pathological types,there was significant difference in expression rate of PCNA protein between benign epithelial ovarian tumor and epithelial ovarian cancer (P<0.05).Conclusion:The positive expression rates of P73 protein and PCNA protein in epithelial ovarian cancer increase with the malignant aggression of epithelial ovarian cancer; the positive expression rate of P21WAF1/CIP1 protein decreases with the malignant aggression of epithelial ovarian cancer,there is a negative correlation with P73 protein.
