宫颈癌新辅助化疗临床研究

目的:观察新辅助化疗治疗宫颈癌的疗效并探讨其临床意义。方法:对34例宫颈癌患者进行新辅助化疗,然后再进行手术治疗。结果:34例患者经过两个疗程的化疗后,完全缓解4例,部分缓解12例,稳定10例,进展8例,总治愈率76.47%。对患者进行术后的病理检查,发生淋巴结转移4例。结论:运用新辅助化疗对宫颈癌进行治疗是安全有效的,其作为一种新的治疗宫颈癌的手段,临床意义显著。

Clinical research on neoadjuvant chemotherapy for cervical cancer

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in treatment of cervical cancer and explore the clinical significance.Methods:34 patients with cervical cancer underwent neoadjuvant chemotherapy,then they were treated with surgery.Results:After two courses of chemotherapy,4 patients relieved completely,12 patients relieved partially,10 patients remained steady and 8 patients developed,the total cure rate was 76.47%,postoperative pathological examination was conducted,then lymphatic metastasis was found in 4 patients.Conclusion:Neoadjuvant chemotherapy is safe and effective in treatment of cervical cancer,as a new method to treat cervical cancer,the clinical significance is remarkable.
