高压氧辅助治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的观察及心理护理

目的:探讨高压氧辅助治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(H IE)的疗效及护理。方法:随机将100例H IE患儿分为两组各50例,对照组给予常规治疗,实验组在此基础上给予高压氧治疗。结果:治疗组有效率98%,预后不良发生率为2%,对照组分别为78%、20%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:高压氧辅助治疗H IE能提高疗效,降低后遗症发生率。

Observation of hyperbaric oxygen assist therapy on hypoxic ischemic encephalophy and nursing

Objective : To explore the effectiveness of hyperbaric oxygen assist therapy on hypoxic ischemic encephalophy(HIE) and nursing.Methods : 100 neonates of HIE were randomly divided into treatment group(n=50) and control group(n=50).Conventional treatment was used in the treatment group while routine therapy combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy were used in the control group. Results: The effective rate and unfavourable prognosis rate were 98% and 2% respectively in the treatment group,and 78% and 20% in the control group.There was significant difference in the comparison between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion : Hyperbaric oxygen assist therapy on HIE can improve effects and reduce sequel incidence rate.
