| 摘 要： | 目的 观察活血补肾法治疗肾性骨病的临床疗效.方法 将笔者所在医院2009年9月~2010年7月收治的60例符合纳入标准的肾性骨病患者随机分为两组.实验组（30例）给予活血补肾中药颗粒剂,对照组（30例）给予骨化三醇胶丸口服,进行10周的服药观察.观察指标为患者治疗前后的临床症状评分.结果 实验组总有效率高于对照组（P ＜0.05）,临床症状评分明显优于对照组（P ＜0.01）.结论 活血补肾法治疗肾性骨病具有良好的疗效,缓解患者甲状腺功能亢进症状以及骨代谢异常,值得临床推广.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of invigorating kidney and promoting blood flow method on renal osteodystrophy. Methods 60 suffering renal osteodystrophy patients were selected from September 2009 to July 2010 in our hospital.The experimental group （n=30） treated with invigorating kidney and promoting blood flow medicine granule,and control group （n=30） treated with calcitriol only.The observation period was 10 weeks,to observated the clinical symptom scores before and after treatment. Results The experimental group＇s effective rate was higher than control group,the clinical symptom scores obviously better than control group （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The invigorating kidney and promoting blood flow method have good effect on ROD,can alleviate the hyperthyroidism symptoms and bone metabolism disorders,is worth of clinic promotion. |
