中西医结合治疗脑梗塞的临床观察

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗脑梗塞的临床疗效.方法：选择2009年3月～2009年9月我院收治的脑梗塞患者98例,随机将患者分为观察组和对照组.两组患者均进行西医治疗,而观察组则在此基础上加用中医治疗方案,并对两组患者的临床疗效进行对比分析.结果：与对照组相比,观察组治愈率、总有效率和治疗前后的评分差值均明显提高,而无效率和治疗后神经功能缺损评分则明显降低,差别均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：采用中西医结合治疗脑梗塞其疗效确切,效果显著,对于脑梗塞患者的治疗具有极其重要的临床价值.

Clinical efficacy observation of Chinese and Western medicine combined treatment for cerebral infarction

Subject：To probe of the clinical efficacy observation of Chinese and Western medicine combined treatment for cerebral infarction. Methods： Select March 2009 - September 2009 in our hospital 98 patients with cerebral infarction, patients were randomly divided into two groups and the control group. Medical therapy for patients in both groups, the observation is based on the increase in this treatment using traditional Chinese medicine, and clinical efficacies of the two groups were compared. Results： Compared with the control group, observation group cure rate, the total efficiency and the score difference before and after treatment were significantly higher efficiency and without neurological deficit scores after treatment were significantly lower, there were statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Discussion：Chinese and Western medicine combined treatment for cerebral infarction, its curative effect, with dramatic effect, is extremely important clinical value for the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction.
