摘    要:目的探讨基于问题的学习模式(PBL模式)在培养临床实习护生序贯性思维能力中的应用效果,为制定临床护理教学方案提供依据及方法参考。方法将2010年7月-2011年4月在广州医学院第一附属医院实习的本科护生40名随机分为试验组和对照组。实习期间试验组参加运用PBL模式的护理教学查房训练;对照组参加传统模式的护理教学查房训练,频次均为每2周一次。实验前后对两组护生均采用评判性思维能力量表(CTDI-CV)进行调查,比较其中四个维度:求知欲、寻找真相、分析能力和系统化能力的得分差异。结果实验前,两组在以上四个维度得分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验后,试验组在以上四个维度得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于PBL的护理教学查房模式可以有效提高临床实习护生序贯性思维能力,激发护生发现问题、分析问题、解决问题的能力,提高护生的学习积极性。

Practice of PBL Model in Nursing Teaching Round

Abstract:Objective To investigate the application and effects of problem-based learning(PBL) model on cultivating sequential thinking ability of clinical practice in nursing students,and providing the basis and method of reference for formulating clinical nursing teaching scheme.Methods From July 2010 to April 2011,forty clinical practice nursing students in our hospital were randomized into an experimental group and a control group.During the practice,the experimental group accepted PBL nursing round training while the control group adopted traditional nursing round training,the frequency of round are both every two weeks.The nursing students in two groups fulfilled the Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory-Chinese Version(CTDI-CV) before and after the experimental.The score of two groups were compared in 4 subscales of appraisal,including inquisitiveness,truth-seeking,analyticity and systematicity.Results Before training,there was not significant differences(P>0.05) in 4 subscales score of CTDI-CV between the two groups;after training,above 4 subscales score of CTDI-CV in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL nursing round training can effectively improve the sequential thinking ability of Clinical practice nursing students,inspire the students identify problems,analyze issues and problem-solving abilities,and increase the learning enthusiasm of students.
