| 摘 要： | 患者为安氏I类、均角的牙列轻度拥挤伴双颌软组织前突,拔除4个第一前磨牙,应用国产无托槽隐形矫治器矫治,解除牙列拥挤,内收上下前牙,建立前牙正常覆覆盖及尖牙、磨牙中性咬合关系,前突侧貌改善明显。

| Abstract: | 1 case with Class I molar relationship,mild arch length crowding with average angle and bimaxillary protrusion was treated with extraction of 4 first premolars followed by invisible appliance Angelalign(EAB,Incorporation).The upper and lower arch length discrepancy was eliminated.The upper and lower anterior teeth were adducted,normal overjet and overbite of anterior teeth,Class I canine and molar relationship was established.The prognathism face profile was improved. |
