维持性血液透析患者死亡原因临床分析

目的分析维持性血液透析患者死亡病例临床资料,为临床提供一些防治对策。方法回顾性分析2006年1月-2011年6月在宜昌市第一人民医院透析时间大于3个月死亡的维持性血液透析患者45例的临床资料,分析死亡原因。结果 45例维持性血透患者死亡的常见原因为心血管疾病19例(42.2%),感染10例(22.2%),恶液质8例(17.7%),恶性肿瘤4例(8.8%),脑出血3例(6.6%),自杀1例(2.2%)。老年组(≥65岁)死亡33例(81.5%);非老年组(<65岁)死亡12例(18.5%)。结论心血管疾病、严重感染、恶液质是维持性血透患者三大死亡原因,死亡病例以老年患者为主,糖尿病肾病、高血压肾损害是构成死亡的主要原发病因。

Clinical Analysis on the Death Causes of Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

Objective To explore the cause of death in patients with maintenance hemodialysis and to provide clinical data for the prevention and treatment of similar patients.Methods The data of 45 death cases who had treated with MHD for more than 3 months during the period between January 2006 and June 2011 were retrospective analyzed in our hospital.Results The death causes of MHD patients were cardiovascular diseases(19 cases,42.2%),serious infections(10 cases,22.2%),generalized failure(8 cases,17.7%),malignant tumors(4 cases,8.8%),cerebral hemorrhage(3 cases,6.6%),and suicide(1 cases,2.2%).Among the 45 death cases,older groups(≥65y) had 33 cases(81.5%),non-elderly groups(<65y) 12 cases(18.5%).Conclusion Cardiovascular disease was the leading cause of death in patients with MHD,the second cause of death was serious infection and the third was generalized failure.Most of the deaths were elderly patients.Diabetic nephropathy and hypertensive arteriolar nephrosclerosis were the main forms of death due to primary disease.
